Mysterious Disappearance Turns Deadly: Three Civilians Found Dead in Kathua
Kathua (The Uttam Hindu): In a shocking turn of events, the bodies of three civilians, including a 14-year-old boy, were discovered in the Lohai Malhar area of Kathua district on Saturday. The victims, identified as Jogesh Singh, 35, Darshan Singh, 40, and Baroon Singh, 14, had gone missing on Thursday night while on their way to attend a wedding in the Billawar area. A massive search operation was launched by the Indian Army, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Police's Special Operations Group (SOG), to locate the missing individuals. The search party combed the Lohai Malhar area, but unfortunately, the three civilians were found dead. According to local sources, the three individuals had left their homes in Dehota village of Billawar to attend a wedding in Surag village in Lohai Malhar. They were last seen around 8:30 pm on Thursday, and their disappearance was reported to the authorities shortly after.
