Madhya Pradesh Govt Announces DA Hike for Employees
Bhopal (The Uttam Hindu): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced a significant relief for state government employees. From July 1, 2024, employees will receive an additional 3% dearness allowance, and a further 2% increase will be implemented from January 1, 2025.

Mohan Yadav extended his congratulations to the employees who will benefit from this announcement, highlighting the government's commitment to the welfare of its employees.
Review Meeting on State Security
The announcement comes after a review meeting on the state's security, where the Chief Minister discussed law and order, festival security arrangements, and efforts to eliminate naxalism in the state. During the meeting, Dr. Yadav also mentioned that over 17 crore people have been lifted out of poverty in India over the last decade, attributing this achievement to the welfare schemes of the government under PM Modi's leadership.
