Founder of tech firm dies of heart attack during ED raid
Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Dinesh Nandwana (62), the founder and chairman of the tech firm Vakrangee Limited, passed away during a search operation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) at his premises in Andheri (East), Mumbai.
According to Senior Inspector Ravindra Chavan from MIDC Police Station, Nandwana's health deteriorated while officers from the ED's Jalandhar unit along with local police were conducting the raid around 11:30 AM on Friday. He was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately, he passed away before being admitted.
Chavan mentioned, "At first glance, it appears that he suffered a heart attack but we are awaiting the post-mortem report to confirm the exact cause of death." The police have registered an accidental death report.
