New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Political temperature is heating up regarding the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi. Every party is trying its best to please the public. Meanwhile, AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal has made it clear that if Aam Aadmi Party comes to power again, he will become the Chief Minister. On the other hand, former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit's son and Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit, citing the Supreme Court's decision, has said that Arvind Kejriwal is not fit to become the Chief Minister. It is his compulsion to make someone else the Chief Minister.

Reminding the condition of the Supreme Court, Sandeep Dixit has claimed that Kejriwal cannot become the Chief Minister of Delhi. Sandeep Dixit has said that the Supreme Court had said in its decision that Kejriwal can come out of jail but cannot sign any file as CM. He further said, this means that the Supreme Court has said that he is not fit to become the Chief Minister of Delhi. It has become his compulsion to make someone else the CM of Delhi. He said that even if he becomes the CM of Delhi and signs any document, it will be a violation of the bail conditions and he will have to go to jail again.

It is worth noting that Arvind Kejriwal was first arrested by ED and then by CBI in the money laundering and corruption case related to Delhi liquor scam. After staying in Tihar jail for several months, Supreme Court granted bail to Kejriwal but with the condition that he will neither be able to go to the Chief Minister's office nor the secretariat. Along with this, Supreme Court had also put a condition regarding signing files as CM, which is interpreted by BJP, Aam Aadmi Party and Congress in their own way.
