New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Pakistan Peoples Party chief Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has warned India that "either their water will flow in the Sindh or else Indians blood will flow through it" amid escalating tensions over the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty.
