Controversy Erupts as BJP MP Pratap Singh Sarangi Claims Rahul Gandhi Pushed Him After Parliament Fall

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Pratap Singh Sarangi, BJP MP from Balasore, Odisha, fell from the stairs in the Parliament House, due to which he suffered a head injury. He was immediately taken for treatment on a wheelchair.

Sarangi blamed opposition leader Rahul Gandhi for this incident. He alleged that Rahul Gandhi pushed an MP, due to which the MP fell on him and he got injured.

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi hit back and accused the BJP MPs of threatening him. Rahul said that he had difficulty entering the Parliament due to the gathering of BJP MPs at Makar Dwar. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also accused BJP MPs of manhandling Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi. After this incident, both the houses of Parliament, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned till 2 pm.
