New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A tragic accident occurred near village Dalawas on National Highway 334B on the Dadri-Loharu Road when a trailer collided with a car. In the incident, 30-year-old Sandeep Sheoran, a resident of Hansavas Kalan, lost his life instantly. Sandeep, who was returning home after casting his vote in the District Bar Association elections, died at the scene. The trailer driver fled the scene, leaving the car behind.

Upon receiving the information, the Badhra police station arranged for the post-mortem at Dadri Civil Hospital and subsequently handed the body over to the family. A case has been registered against the trailer driver under the relevant sections.

Sandeep, a practicing lawyer in Charkhi Dadri court for the past 8 years, was driving home after participating in the elections when a speeding trailer coming from the opposite direction struck his car near Dalawas village. After the accident, police arrived at the scene, conducted the post-mortem, and returned the body to the family. It was revealed that Sandeep would typically park his car at the Badhra bus stand and then take a bus to Dadri. However, due to the late results of the bar elections on Friday, he drove himself, and it was during his drive back home that the fatal crash occurred.

Investigating Officer ASI Sombir stated that a case had been registered against the trailer driver based on the statement of Sandeep’s friend, Sunil, with the consent of Sandeep's father, Surendra.
