Suspension Slapped on Kapurthala Civil Surgeon for Staff Misbehavior

Kapurthala (The Uttam Hindu ): Civil Surgeon Kapurthala has been suspended. The Health and Family Welfare Department today suspended him with immediate effect and transferred his headquarters to Director Health and Family Welfare Punjab (Chandigarh). This has been confirmed by DC Kapurthala.

In fact, today the clerical staff went on strike against the civil surgeon and told the DC and other officials that civil doctor Richa Bhatia's behavior towards the staff is not good.
