Patiala (The Uttam Hindu): In a heartbreaking incident in Dhingi village Nabha, Patiala district a nine-year-old boy named Shivam was tragically killed by a pack of stray dogs while playing near his home on Sunday evening. Around ten dogs surrounded him leading to severe injuries. Despite immediate efforts from villagers to rescue him and rush him to the hospital, Shivam succumbed to his injuries before reaching medical care.

Shivam, the son of daily wage laborers has left the community in shock and outrage. Local residents are demanding immediate action from authorities to control the stray dog population.
