Tragic Road Accident in Sonipat: Groom’s Brother Killed, Bride and Groom Injured

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Sad news has come from the Sonipat district, where a joyous marriage celebration turned into a tragic event. Three days ago, a young man from Gohana married a girl from Yamunanagar. However, today, a fatal road accident occurred, leaving the groom's brother dead and the bride and groom injured.

The incident took place near the village of Chidana on the Rohtak-Panipat National Highway. Ankit, along with his wife and younger brother Ravi, were returning to Gohana after visiting the bride's maternal home. Ravi Maan, who was driving the car, reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, causing the vehicle to lose control and overturn.

The police quickly arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation. The injured were rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared Ravi Maan dead upon arrival. His brother Ankit and the bride, though injured, survived the crash.

This tragic accident has turned what should have been a time of celebration into one of mourning, leaving the family and friends heartbroken.
