Putin Signals Peace: Offers Talks to Ukraine Amid Global and Domestic Pressure

Moscow (The Uttam Hindu): The war that has been going on for two and a half years between Russia and Ukraine is now at a turning point. For the first time, Russian President Vladimir Putin has openly proposed peace talks to Ukraine. This initiative is being considered a step taken amid domestic discontent, indiscipline of soldiers, economic pressure and US pressure.
