Lucknow (The Uttam Hindu):– In a significant leadership shake-up, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) President Mayawati has removed Akash Anand from all party posts and appointed two new national coordinators. BSP General Secretary Anand Kumar and Rajya Sabha MP Ramji Gautam have been given key positions in place of Akash Anand.

The decision was made during an important party meeting held in Lucknow, where state presidents from various regions were present. A review meeting was conducted with senior party officials to discuss organizational strategies and future plans. Notably, Akash Anand was absent from the meeting.

The reshuffle marks a major shift in the party’s leadership, with Anand Kumar, who is also Mayawati’s brother, taking on an expanded role alongside Ramji Gautam. Other senior leaders, including BSP National General Secretary Satish Chandra Mishra and Rajya Sabha MP Ramji Gautam, were also present at the meeting.

With these key changes, the BSP is expected to strategize its future course, reinforcing its leadership structure ahead of upcoming political challenges.
