Jabalpur (The Uttam Hindu):Maha Kumbh Devotees’ Bus Meets Tragic Accident in MP, 7 Dead in Truck Collision Seven people lost their lives in a tragic road accident in Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh this morning. The accident took place near Mohla Bargi on National Highway-30 (NH-30) near Sihora, where a mini bus full of devotees returning from Prayagraj Mahakumbh and a truck collided.

According to the police, the accident took place on Tuesday morning. Initial investigation revealed that all the devotees travelling in the mini bus were from Andhra Pradesh and were returning home after taking a dip in the recent Prayagraj Maha Kumbh.

As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police and administration team reached the spot. The injured were immediately rushed to the hospital, while the families of the deceased have been informed about the incident. Jabalpur Collector and Superintendent of Police have also left for the spot.

Police said that investigation into the cause of the accident has been started. At present, the situation is under control and further action is underway.
