Bollywood Star Saif Ali Khan Moved from ICU to Special Room: Recovery Update
Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who was stabbed on Thursday, is recovering well. Saif, who is undergoing treatment at Lilavati Hospital, has been shifted from the ICU to a special room. The police have detained a suspect in this case and the investigation is ongoing.
Giving information about Saif's health, the doctors said that his condition is now stable and he is not in any pain. However, he has been advised to take bed rest for a week so that he can recover completely.
Doctor Nitin Dange, who is treating Saif, said that Saif's spinal cord is only 2 mm away. Despite the attack, he walked to the hospital on his own. He also said that Saif is now at risk of infection, so he has been advised to avoid visitors.
Dr Dange had earlier said that Saif had been stabbed six times on his body, two of which were quite deep. A 2.5 inch piece of knife had gone into his back. According to the doctors, if the knife had gone a little deeper, he could have been paralyzed. After the surgery, his condition is now improving and his fans can breathe a sigh of relief.
In short, Saif Ali Khan's condition is now out of danger and he is slowly recovering. He will be kept under observation in the hospital for a few more days.
