Body of Live-In Partner Found in Fridge after 6 months, Married Lover Arrested
Madhya Pradesh (The Uttam Hindu): In a shocking case from Dewas, Madhya Pradesh the body of a woman was discovered in a fridge six months after her alleged murder. The victim, identified as Pinky alias Pratibha Prajapati had been in a live-in relationship with Sanjay Patidar, a married man who has confessed to the crime.
The incident came to light when a neighbor, Balveer Rajput broke the lock on a room in a rented property following instructions from the landlord. Initially unaware of the grim contents Balveer switched off the fridge and locked the room. The next morning, an unbearable stench prompted neighbors to call the police. Upon investigation authorities found Pratibha's decomposed body wrapped in a sheet inside the fridge.
According to the police, Sanjay Patidar and Pratibha had been in a live-in relationship for five years including three years in Ujjain. Patidar, who is married with two children revealed that Pratibha had been pressuring him for marriage.
