BJP MP Calls for Ban on 'Bigg Boss', Makes Serious Allegations
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): BJP MP Anil Ferozia Calls for Immediate Ban on 'Bigg Boss' Over Obscenity Concerns. BJP Member of Parliament Anil Ferozia called for an immediate ban on the popular television reality show *Bigg Boss* during the Lok Sabha session on Thursday, citing concerns about the show's promotion of obscenity and foul language, which he believes could be harmful to society.
Ferozia, the Lok Sabha representative from Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, raised the issue during the Zero Hour in the House. He stated that *Bigg Boss*, a show that is widely broadcast across Indian television and has millions of viewers, initially started as a regular reality show. However, he argued that over time, it has become increasingly controversial and filled with inappropriate content.
Ferozia emphasized that this growing level of obscenity and controversy could have a negative impact not only on viewers but also on society as a whole. He specifically mentioned the show's host, actor Salman Khan, and demanded that *Bigg Boss* and similar shows be banned immediately.
