Aditya Pancholi Found Guilty in Neighbor Assault Case, Gets Lenient Sentence
Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu)- Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi has been given relief from punishment in the case of assaulting a neighbor in a parking dispute in 2005. A sessions court in Mumbai has held Aditya Pancholi guilty in the parking lot assault case of 2005. But the one-year jail sentence given to the actor by the magistrate in this case has been changed.
Due to Aditya Pancholi's good behaviour, he has been ordered to be released on a bond. The Versova police had registered a complaint against Pancholi, alleging that he had attacked the man, breaking his nose. In 2016, the Andheri Magistrate Court found Pancholi guilty under Section 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) of the Indian Penal Code. Pancholi was then sentenced to one year of imprisonment and directed to pay a compensation of Rs 20,000 to the victim
