Yadav was grinding ingredients to prepare Manchurian and Chinese Bhel when the accident occurred. CCTV footage shows how his shirt got caught in the waist-high machine as he tried to operate it, pulling him into the grinder within seconds. Reports suggest that Yadav had no experience or training on such equipment. The stall owner, Sachin Kothekar, is accused of assigning him the task without proper safety training or measures. A case has been filed against Kothekar in connection with the tragic incident. Police are investigating the matter further.
