Gorakhpur (The Uttam Hindu) : A unique case of romance involving minors has emerged from Gorakhpur district in Uttar Pradesh. Two minor girls from the Shahpur police station area ran away from home with a minor boy. Following this, one of the girls’ families filed a complaint with the police, which led to the recovery of all three individuals and the revelation of the case. According to the police, the two girls, who live in the Mans Nagar area of Shahpur, Gorakhpur, were friends and agreed to leave home with the same boy. One day, one of the girls left the house under the pretext of getting milk and did not return. Her family then filed a complaint with the police. During the investigation, it was discovered that another girl from the same neighborhood was also missing.

After initiating an inquiry through surveillance and Call Detail Records (CDR), the police found out that the two girls had run away with the minor boy. Reports indicate that both girls were in love with the same boy, which was the reason they wanted to stay together. However, due to opposition from their families and fear, the trio decided to flee. Based on the complaint from one girl’s family, the police utilized surveillance and CDR to locate all three in Hathua, Bihar. Following this, both girls were handed over to their families, while legal action has been initiated against the minor boy.
