The video, which has sparked widespread outrage and concern, appears to show a 25-year-old man using a three-month-old baby to wipe snow off a car windshield. According to Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso, who spoke to KFDM/Fox 4 News, the department is taking the incident very seriously and is actively investigating the matter. "We are aware of the video and are looking into the situation," Chief Duriso said. "We take the safety and well-being of all individuals especially children very seriously, and we will do everything in our power to ensure that the child in the video is safe and protected."
