Kolkata (The Uttam Hindu): Couples worldwide are celebrating Valentine's Day with love and excitement, expressing their affection through flowers, chocolates, and other romantic gestures. This year, a unique 'Valentine's Day Agreement' has caught the attention of social media. The agreement, signed by a husband and wife, outlines the house rules they’ve set to maintain peace in their marriage and strengthen their bond. This agreement, written on a Rs 500 stamp paper, defines the couple's household rules. Anaya and her husband Shubham, from West Bengal, have been married for two years and decided to formalize their relationship with a humorous agreement to prevent arguments and rekindle their love. The agreement reads, “On this Valentine’s Day, Shubham (Party 1) and Anaya (Party 2) will establish certain house rules to avoid marital conflicts and renew their love, which has been affected by Party 1's obsession with trading.”

The amusing Valentine’s agreement addresses the daily challenges of married life in a light-hearted way. One key focus is Shubham’s cryptocurrency trading habits. The agreement specifies that Shubham must avoid discussing trading markets during dinner, refrain from talking about capital gains and losses during intimate moments and maintain proper bedroom etiquette. Additionally, he is prohibited from calling Anaya terms like 'My Beautycoin' or 'My Cryptopie' and is restricted from using trading apps after 9 pm or watching coin research videos on YouTube. Anaya also has her own set of rules. She agrees not to complain about Shubham’s mischief to his family, avoid mentioning his ex-girlfriend during arguments, steer clear of expensive skincare products and refrain from ordering late-night dinners.
