Raising questions on the possibility of Muskan and Sahil getting bail at the moment, Neeraj Kumar said that this case is of the 'rare of the rarest' category and it is not possible to get bail in it. He further said that there is no possibility of getting death penalty in this case, because no woman has been given death penalty in India till now. Even one of the assassins of Rajiv Gandhi was sentenced to death, but later she was also pardoned. Neeraj Kumar said that according to whatever has come to light so far, Muskaan is the main accused, because she had hatched the entire conspiracy. Sahil will be considered a co-accused, his role is not that important. In the Indian judicial system, the punishment is not decided on the basis of a person's gender, caste or religion, so both will get equal punishment.
