New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Rekha Gupta, the MLA from Shalimar Bagh, has been named the new Chief Minister of Delhi. After days of suspense, the announcement came on Wednesday evening following a meeting of the BJP legislature party. Senior party leaders Ravi Shankar Prasad and Om Prakash Dhanekar individually spoke to all the legislators to understand their opinions before finalizing Gupta’s name.
