Political Storm in Uttarakhand: Minister Premchand Agarwal Resigns in Tears

Dehradun (The Uttam Hindu)- While the weather has changed and the cold has increased in Uttarakhand, the political temperature in the state has also increased. State Cabinet Minister Premchand Agarwal has resigned from his post.

Premchand Agrawal called a press conference and announced his resignation. Agrawal looked emotional after the resignation. He said that today the person who contributed to Uttarakhand is being targeted. He was beaten up in the movement for the state. He said- The way the words of an agitator like me were presented in a distorted manner. The way the atmosphere was created in the entire state regarding this. I am very sad about this. I am very hurt. With this Premchand Agrawal started crying. He further said that I am ready to give whatever contribution I can in taking the state forward.

Let us tell you that during the recent budget session in the assembly, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prem Chand Agarwal was enraged at the comment made by Congress MLA Madan Bisht on him. He had said that did we protest for this day and demand Uttarakhand that comments be made on Pahadi and Desi. Is Uttarakhand made only for the people of the hills? During this, an abusive word also came out of his mouth. The political temperature of the state had increased due to this statement of the minister. Congress and some other organizations had protested at various places in the state demanding his removal from the cabinet.
