PM Modi's Powerful Chant of 'Navkar Mahamantra' Echoes Worldwide, 100+ Countries Witness

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the 'Navkar Mahamantra Diwas' program at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. PM Modi, dressed in white, was seen chanting the Navkar Mahamantra. In this event, representatives from more than 100 countries witnessed the global collective chanting of the mantra together.
Actually, Navkar Mahamantra Day is an important celebration of spiritual harmony and moral consciousness, which seeks to unite people through the collective chanting of the Navkar Mahamantra - the most revered and universal mantra in Jainism. Based on the principles of non-violence, humility and spiritual upliftment, this mantra expresses respect for the qualities of enlightened individuals and inspires inner transformation. This day encourages all individuals to reflect on the values of self-purification, tolerance and collective welfare. Earlier, PM Modi had made a post on his X account and appealed to the people to chant the Navkar Mahamantra.
PM Modi wrote on Instagram, "Let us all chant Navkar Mahamantra together at 8:27 am. Namo Arihantanam, Namo Siddhanam, Namo Aaryanaam, Namo Uvjhayaanam, Namo Loye Savvasahuanam. May each voice bring peace, strength and harmony. Let us all come together to promote the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity."
Apart from this, Union Piyush Goyal had written on Twitter, “Namo Arihantanam… Navkar Mahamantra is one of the most sacred mantras of Jainism which is based on the principles of spirituality, humility, brotherhood and non-violence. This mantra is a medium of peace of mind and inner balance. A day before Mahavir Jayanti, on April 9 at 8 am, a grand event of “Navkar Mahamantra Day” is being organized in the august presence of Prime Minister Modi at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi. In this event, representatives from more than 100 countries will witness the global collective chanting of the mantra together. Let us all spread the message of peace, unity and spiritual awakening across the world by chanting Navkar Mantra on this auspicious occasion.”
