India lost the Melbourne Test by 184 runs, Australia lead the series 2-1

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The fourth match of the 5-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024 between India and Australia is underway at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Chasing a target of 340, India faced a setback with the dismissal of Rishabh Pant, who was batting brilliantly before the tea break. However, in the final session he lost his composure while attempting a big shot and was dismissed. Shortly after, Scott Boland sent Ravindra Jadeja back to the pavilion leaving India at 127/5.
