New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Good news for Haryana residents heading to the Mahakumbh: a new bus service from Karnal to Prayagraj has been launched to facilitate the journey for devotees. The service was inaugurated by MLA Jagmohan Anand at the Karnal bus stand.

The bus will depart daily at 2 p.m. from Karnal and reach Prayagraj at 8 a.m. the following day. It will return from Prayagraj at 4 p.m. The one-way fare for this service is Rs 1,119. MLA Jagmohan Anand expressed that this new bus service will make the journey for devotees much more convenient. The bus will be staffed with one conductor to assist passengers. It will travel through Delhi, Palwal, Mathura, Agra, and Kanpur on its way to Prayagraj. The service will continue until the Kumbh Mela concludes, providing an essential connection for pilgrims.
