New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A girl's body was found in a suitcase near the bus stand in Sampla block, Rohtak district. The police retrieved the body and launched an investigation. Since the victim's identity remains unknown, the body was sent to PGI for a postmortem. A case has been registered, and the investigation is ongoing. According to reports, a large blue suitcase was found near the Sampla bus stand, and a local informant alerted the Sampla police station. Upon arrival, the police discovered the body of a girl, estimated to be around 20 to 22 years old, locked inside the suitcase. The FSL team was called to the scene for further investigation. The girl’s body had a dupatta wrapped around her neck and mehndi applied on her hands.

Vijendra Singh, the in-charge of Sampla police station, confirmed that the case appears to be a murder based on the initial investigation. Efforts are currently underway to identify the victim, and the police are actively pursuing leads in the case.
