New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The International Cricket Council (ICC) meeting regarding the Champions Trophy 2025 has been repeatedly postponed. Originally scheduled for December 5, it has now been rescheduled to December 7. On this date, a final decision will be made regarding whether the tournament will be held in Pakistan. There is also the possibility of organizing the event under a hybrid model. These details will be clarified on December 7. The ICC meeting on December 5 was brief, and during those few minutes, the Champions Trophy was discussed. However, ICC members expressed concern over the continuous postponements and lack of progress on the matter. As a result, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been issued a final warning.The ICC has made it clear that Pakistan has no option but to accept the hybrid model. The PCB is now expected to present its final decision in the upcoming meeting.
