Pathankot Under Attack: BSF Kills Pakistani Intruder in Major Foiled Infiltration

Pathankot (The Uttam Hindu): On Wednesday morning, BSF personnel successfully thwarted an infiltration attempt on the international border in Pathankot, Punjab, by killing a Pakistani intruder. According to the Border Security Force (BSF), the incident took place when a person attempted to cross into India through Pathankot. BSF soldiers issued a warning, but the intruder ignored it and continued moving forward. Sensing a potential threat, the soldiers took decisive action and killed the intruder.
The BSF stated that on the morning of February 26, soldiers at the Tashpatan border post observed suspicious activity across the border, with the individual trying to infiltrate into India. Despite being warned, the intruder proceeded, prompting the BSF to act. The identity and motive of the intruder are still being investigated. BSF officials also mentioned that a strong protest will be lodged with the Pakistan Rangers regarding this incident.
