Chandigarh(The Uttam Hindu):Punjabi singer Karan Aujla has won the hearts of fans across the country and abroad with his voice. Aujla has been in the headlines lately due to his upcoming show in Chandigarh. However, there’s bad news for his fans. A controversy has arisen regarding the singer’s show, which is scheduled to take place on December 7 in Chandigarh. Local resident Professor Pandit Rao Dharnevar has filed a complaint against Karan Aujla with the police.

The complaint alleges that Aujla’s songs promote alcohol, drugs, and violence. Dharnevar has demanded that Aujla refrain from singing songs like "Chitta Kurta," "Adhiya," "Few Days," "Alcohol 2," "Gangsta," and "Bandook" at his upcoming show. He has warned that if Aujla performs these songs, he will file a contempt of court case against the Chandigarh SSP and DGP.

This is not the first time Aujla's songs have faced criticism. Earlier, a similar complaint was filed against Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, leading the Telangana government to issue a notice to him.

Aujla's show in Chandigarh on December 7, titled "It Baz All A Dream," is scheduled to start at 6 PM and will run for four hours. Pandit Rao Dharnevar has raised his voice against this show, expressing concern that such songs have a negative impact on youth. He has also requested that Aujla be summoned to remove these songs from YouTube, in light of the clear orders issued by the Punjab and Haryana High Court regarding this matter.

During a previous concert in the UK about three months ago, a shoe was thrown at Karan Aujla while he was performing. In anger, Aujla began using offensive language from the stage and even challenged the person who threw the shoe to come up on stage.Controversy Erupts Ahead of Karan Aujla's Chandigarh Show: A Complaint That Could Change Everything
