Explosion Reported at House of Terrorist Asif Sheikh in Pahalgam Attack

Pahalgam (The Uttam Hindu): An explosion has been reported at the house of terrorist Asif Sheikh, who was involved in the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, the house of another suspect has been demolished using a bulldozer.
In a village in Guri, South Kashmir, a house was damaged due to an explosion during a search operation conducted by security forces. Police sources stated that during the cordon and search operation, security forces spotted some suspicious items. Sensing danger, the forces retreated to ensure safety. Shortly after withdrawing, a powerful explosion occurred, causing extensive damage to the house. It is being reported that the house belonged to Adil, a terrorist involved in the Pahalgam attack.

Meanwhile, in Tral, South Kashmir, the house of Lashkar terrorist Asif Sheikh—linked to the Pahalgam terror attack—was demolished by the Jammu and Kashmir administration using a bulldozer. This has raised suspicions that the conspiracy behind the Pahalgam attack had been in the making for a long time. Security forces suspect more explosives might be present in the area, so the entire region has been sealed off and the search operation has been intensified.
