New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): In a heartwarming reunion, popular singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh paid a visit to his old friend, Jaiveer Shergill, at his residence in Defence Colony, Delhi. The two friends, who have maintained their bond over the years, took this opportunity to catch up and share memories. Diljit, known for his vibrant personality and engaging performances, always makes it a point to visit Jaiveer whenever he is in India.



During his visit, the duo reminisced about their early days and discussed their respective journeys in the entertainment and political spheres. Jaiveer, a prominent political figure and lawyer, expressed his joy at Diljit’s visit, stating that their friendship has only grown stronger over the years. “It’s always a pleasure to welcome Diljit. He brings so much positivity and energy,” Shergill remarked.


They also talked about Diljit’s recent triumph as he set the stage on fire in Delhi during his "Dil-Luminati India Tour 2024" at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. On Sunday, the actor-singer shared an array of pictures from the event on his Instagram. One standout photo featured him holding the National Flag while standing on stage, with a massive crowd behind him. In his caption, he wrote, “History . Dosanjhanwala Naam DELHI Utey Likheya Khaasa Zor Lagg Ju Mitaun wastey,” referencing a line from one of his songs. Diljit further teased his fans, saying, “DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24 Milde an Same Time Same Stadium Day 2,” inviting them to the same venue for future performances. Following his overseas performances in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, Diljit is now on a 10-city tour in India, which includes stops in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, and will conclude with a grand finale in Guwahati on December 29.


As Diljit continues to thrive in his career, his reunion with Jaiveer not only highlights their enduring friendship but also reflects the joy of reconnecting amidst their busy lives.
