10-Year-Old Harseerat Kaur Wins Junior Miss India 2025, Leaving a Lasting Impression
Jalandhar (The Uttam Hindu): At just 10 years old, Harseerat Kaur has taken the crown as Junior Miss India 2025, stunning everyone with her remarkable performance in the grand finale held at Hotel Marriott in Indore. Outshining 120 participants from across the country, Harseerat triumphed in the 8-10 years age category, marking a major achievement in her budding career.
A student at Police DAV Public School, Harseerat's journey began when her parents came across an Instagram post about the event. Motivated by her enthusiasm, they signed her up for the competition, which featured both online and offline training sessions. These were conducted in Indore under the expert guidance of Noyonita Lodh, Miss Diva University 2014.
Her father, Guriqbal Singh, an Operation Deputy Manager with HDFC Ergo Insurance, shared how proud he was of his daughter's dedication. "She showed incredible passion and focus every step of the way," he said. From auditions in Ludhiana to the finale, Harseerat proved her potential in three exciting rounds: the cultural round, the western wear round, and the gown round. In the cultural round, she delivered an eloquent speech about her home state, Punjab, leaving the judges in awe. Her ramp walks in the other rounds further showcased her confidence and grace.
Harseerat’s victory is a testament to her hard work, poise, and determination. With such a bright future ahead, she’s sure to be a name to remember in the world of pageantry.
