Haryana-Kalyan Pays Tribute with Congratulations to Sunita Williams

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan has sent a letter of congratulations to Sunita Williams and her team through External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar after the resolution passed in the Haryana Assembly on the safe return of Sunita Williams and her team to Earth.

In a letter written by the Speaker to External Affairs Minister Dr. Jaishankar, it has been said that this 'congratulatory resolution' has been passed by the Haryana Legislative Assembly on 19 March 2025. The resolution expresses its best wishes to NASA astronaut Sunita Williams and her team on their safe return to Earth from the International Space Station on March 19. The sentiments of the House in this regard should be sent to astronaut Sunita Williams and her team.

It is worth noting that the state's Energy Minister Anil Vij had presented a proposal in the House in this regard on March 19. The House passed this proposal and Mr. Kalyan had assured to send the sentiments of the House to astronaut Sunita Williams and her team. The Speaker has said that this is a matter of great pride and importance for the human world.
