Future Maker Chitfund Case: Accused Radheshyam Fails to Appear in Court, Faces Strict Action

Fatehabad (The Uttam Hindu): In the ongoing Future Maker Chitfund case, accused Radheshyam alias Param Guru failed to appear in court on Saturday, leading to strict action from the court. The judge issued a notice for his appearance by noon. Radheshyam complied and appeared later in the day, wearing saffron clothes. Speaking to journalists, he claimed that the money was seized by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), urging people to be patient as the matter was being handled legally.
The case against Radheshyam dates back to 2018 when it was registered in Fatehabad. Since then, the accused has missed four consecutive hearings. The court, growing increasingly strict due to his absence, insisted on his appearance. When he finally appeared, Radheshyam reassured the media that he would neither build an ashram nor a cowshed. He clarified that his focus now was solely on devotion, saying, “I will only do devotion from now on.”
Addressing the issue of returning the investors' money, Radheshyam asserted, “Everyone will get their money back. The money is currently seized by the ED. I want to assure people to be patient; we have hired good lawyers, and justice will prevail.”
Radheshyam also commented on the land dispute, stating that 200-300 of his followers had collectively acquired land in Dabwali for an ashram, but that land had now been donated. He added that he no longer possessed any property in Haridwar, claiming that his only focus was on devotion.
With the court proceedings continuing, the saga of the Future Maker Chitfund case remains unresolved, as investors await the return of their hard-earned money.
