Mumbai (The Uttam Hindu): Kartik Aaryan has had a successful Diwali, at least on the professional front. His latest film, *Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3*, continues to perform well at the box office, raking in impressive numbers across India. It's been a busy period for the actor, with back-to-back major releases including *Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3* and *Chandu Champion*. Unsurprisingly, he claims he hasn't had time for dating.

In a recent interview with *Mashable India*, Kartik confirmed that he's still single and explained that his work commitments are the reason behind it. He said, “I am single. I don’t have to share my live location with anyone. I’m not even on any dating apps. Honestly, since I started preparing for and shooting *Chandu Champion*, I haven’t had the time.”

The actor attributed his single status to the intense training and preparation required for *Chandu Champion*, where he portrays Murlikant Petkar, a boxer-turned-para swimmer. He explained, “I followed a strict routine, similar to an athlete’s—calculating my gym sessions, eating habits, and sleep schedule. This went on for two years. I was also learning swimming for the first time, and the whole routine became very hectic. On top of that, shooting for *Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3* and completing it in a set time frame was also quite a challenge. So, I’ve been completely immersed in my work.”

Kartik's latest release, *Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3*, which hit theaters on Diwali weekend, has already crossed ₹150 crore globally in its opening weekend. The film performed strongly on Monday as well, earning ₹17.50 crore net in India, bringing its domestic total for the first four days to ₹123.50 crore. It also grossed over ₹30 crore internationally in its opening weekend.
