52-year-old shot during morning walk in Delhi's Shahdara: Attackers on the loose after firing 8 rounds
New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): A firing incident took place in Shahdara, Delhi, when a man, identified as 52-year-old Sunil Jain, was shot while out for his morning walk. The incident occurred when two assailants, who arrived on a motorcycle, opened fire at him. According to reports, 7 to 8 rounds were fired during the attack, leaving Sunil Jain injured. He was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.
The Delhi Police received a PCR call regarding the shooting at Feroz Shah Bazaar police station, and officers quickly arrived at the scene. Upon investigation, they discovered that Sunil Jain had been returning home after a morning walk at the Yamuna Sports Complex when the assailants attacked him. A crime team was dispatched to the scene to gather further evidence.
