Bike Riders Attacked with Sharp Weapons in Attempted Mobile Snatching

Chandigarh (The Uttam Hindu): In Burail, two motorcycle riders attacked a young man with a sharp weapon in an attempt to steal his mobile. A case has been registered at Sector-34 police station based on the victim's complaint, and an investigation is underway.

According to the victim, Lovepreet Singh, the attackers assaulted him on Sunday with a sharp weapon while trying to snatch his mobile. Although they were unsuccessful in stealing the phone, Lovepreet sustained serious injuries in the attack. He was promptly taken to Sector-32 hospital for medical treatment. The police are reviewing CCTV footage in an effort to identify the attackers.
