Meerut, UP (The Uttam Hindu): The chilling murder of Saurabh in Meerut’s Indiranagar, Brahmapuri area has taken a shocking turn as police investigations reveal the real motive behind the crime. Dismissing earlier speculations of black magic or tantric rituals, the police have established that Muskaan and her accomplice Sahil killed Saurabh to pursue their relationship. According to the nearly completed chargesheet, the duo, both drug addicts, wanted to marry but saw Saurabh as an obstacle. With this motive, they plotted and executed the gruesome murder.

The police have gathered substantial evidence, including electronic records, postmortem details, and physical clues found at the crime scene. Items such as a mobile phone, blood-stained clothes, a suitcase, and a sheet—along with the drum in which the body was sealed—have been sent to the forensic lab. The chargesheet states that Muskaan procured the knife, drum, and sedatives, while Sahil arranged for the cement and devised the plan to hide the body. Police confirmed that no third person was involved in the murder.

Saurabh’s decomposed body was discovered on March 18, sealed in a drum and encased in a cement solution inside his residence. Upon recovery, the house was sealed, and a forensic team was called in for investigation. The police are now preparing to file the chargesheet in court, marking a significant breakthrough in the high-profile case.
