An offer has been made to rent a boyfriend for a day by paying ₹ 389, due to which a complaint has been lodged with the police and there is outrage among the public. The posters read, "Don't have a boyfriend on Valentine's Day? Then get a rental boyfriend for a day." These posters have been pasted on the walls in Jayanagar and Banashankari areas of Bengaluru. The posters read, 'Boyfriend on rent just ₹ 389 scan me.' Which means that one can rent a boyfriend for a day for just ₹ 389. At the same time, people have expressed strong displeasure over these strange posters. They have tagged the Bengaluru Police on Twitter and demanded that action be taken against those who spoil the culture of the city by putting up such posters. People say that such advertisements give a wrong message to the society and mislead the youth. At present, these posters remain a topic of discussion on social media and people are criticizing such offers.
