Washington (The Uttam Hindu): After becoming the President of America, Donald Trump has taken a big decision regarding the security clearance of former President Joe Biden. Donald Trump has revoked the security clearance of former President Biden. After this order, he will no longer be able to get intelligence briefings. US President Donald Trump has informed about this decision on his official X account. He wrote on X, "Joe Biden has no need to continue to have access to classified information. Therefore, we are immediately revoking Joe Biden's security clearance and stopping his daily intelligence briefings."

Trump further said, "He (Biden) set this example in 2021, when he directed the Intelligence Community (IC) to reach out to the 45th President of the United States (Trump) on national security. Which is a courtesy given to former presidents." Trump has also claimed that the Hur report has revealed that Biden has a bad memory and hence he cannot be trusted with sensitive information. I will always protect our national security. You are fired, make America great again.

Let us tell you that on January 20, Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th President of America. He became the 45th President of the country in 2017, but lost the election held in 2020. Earlier, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance also took the oath of office. Usually the US President takes oath on the steps of the Capitol, but in view of the severe cold there, the swearing-in ceremony, prayer and speech were organized in the Rotunda this time.

Trump's victory in last year's presidential election was certified by the US Congress on January 6, paving the way for his return to the White House. The approval was an official confirmation of the Electoral College results of last year's November election.
