Kulgam (The Uttam Hindu): Security forces achieved great success in Kadder village located in Behibagh area of Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. Security forces have killed 5 terrorists in an encounter that started between security forces and terrorists early Thursday morning, search operation is currently underway in the area. It is feared that many more terrorists are trapped. According to the information, there was information about terrorists hiding in the area, after which an operation was launched by the security forces. The situation remains tense.
The operation was launched after a joint team of police and security forces received information about the presence of terrorists in the area. The Army's Chinar Corps has given information on the social media platform X. It was told that based on specific intelligence input about the presence of terrorists, the Indian Army launched a joint operation in Kulgam. Suspicious activity was observed. The terrorists opened indiscriminate firing, in response to which the army retaliated.
