Terror on the Road! Minister’s Convoy Attacked, Chaos Erupts

Mayurbhanj (The Uttam Hindu): Stones were pelted at the convoy of Odisha’s Revenue and Disaster Management Minister, Suresh Pujari, in Mayurbhanj district on Sunday. One constable was injured in the attack. However, the minister and the rest of his team remained unharmed. According to reports, the minister had arrived with his team on Sunday to visit hailstorm-affected areas in the Bisoi and Bangiriposi blocks.

Speaking to journalists, Suresh Pujari said, "I was supposed to visit the area on Saturday, but due to bad weather, the helicopter could not take off. Therefore, I decided to visit these areas on Sunday."

During the visit, stones were thrown at one of the vehicles in the convoy, shattering the windshield and injuring a constable.
