According to Abhishek, he arrived at the correct counter on time but was unnecessarily directed to another counter by the manager. This delay caused him to miss his flight. Abhishek, who had just one day off expressed frustration over his plans being ruined, stating that IndiGo offered no assistance in resolving the matter.

Sharing his disappointment, he remarked that he has never had such a bad experience before calling it the worst he has faced.
