Hyderabad (The Uttam Hindu): Allu Arjun addressed the media after being released from jail today in the Hyderabad Sandhya Theater stampede case. During the conversation, the 'Pushpa' actor called the stampede in the theater unfortunate and said that he is with the bereaved family in this hour of grief. Along with this, the actor also apologized. Allu Arjun, who was released from jail, spoke openly on the stampede case and also talked about supporting the law. The Pushpa actor said, "Thank you all for your cooperation, I am absolutely fine. The incident that happened in Hyderabad was very unfortunate and I am ready to cooperate with the law in this whole matter, I respect the law.

“My heartfelt condolences are with the bereaved family over this tragic incident. It is very sad that the family had come to watch a movie and this happened to them. I apologize for whatever happened but it was all beyond my control. I have been going to the theater for many years, but this has never happened. Once again, my condolences are with the bereaved family. I will support the family as much as I can.”

Popular Tollywood actor Allu Arjun was released from Chanchalguda Central Jail on Saturday morning in connection with the Sandhya theatre stampede case in which a woman died. The actor was granted interim bail by the Telangana High Court on Friday evening, while a lower court sent him to 14 days judicial custody. He had to spend the night in jail due to delay in getting the bail order to the jail authorities.

The jail authorities released the National Award winning actor from the back gate of the jail. He was sent in an escort vehicle. The actor reached the office of Geetha Arts directly. Allu Arjun reached his residence in Jubilee Hills. The police have put up tight security around his residence. There was suspense over his release on Friday night. The jail authorities had told that they received the bail order late at night and since according to the jail manual, prisoners cannot be released at night, the actor would be released the next morning.

Allu Arjun spent the night in Manjira Block under the special status granted by the Nampally Court to him on remand on Friday. A large number of fans of the actor were waiting outside the jail for his release. Allu Arjun's lawyers submitted a personal bond of Rs 50,000 to the jail superintendent as directed by the High Court. While granting interim bail for four weeks, the High Court had directed the police to continue the investigation. The actor was also directed to cooperate in the investigation. On December 4, a woman died and her son was seriously injured in a stampede at Sandhya Theatre during the premiere show of Allu Arjun.
