Search for Salvation: 400 Hindu Bones Brought from Pakistan to India, Await Immersion in the Ganga

New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): The ashes of about 400 Hindus have been brought to India from neighboring country Pakistan. Those who have brought these ashes to India want that these ashes be immersed in the Ganga river in Haridwar. This is the third time that the ashes of Hindus have been brought to India from Pakistan after the partition. Earlier, ashes have been brought in 2011 and 2016 as well.
During Maha Kumbh Yog, the Indian government issued visas to bring these ashes to India. On Sunday (2 February), a special prayer meeting was organized at Sri Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple in Karachi, where the relatives of the deceased expressed their feelings. A large number of devotees participated in this religious ritual and gave a proper farewell. This is not the first time that Hindu ashes have been sent to India from Pakistan, but this time the number is the highest.
