Sambhal (The Uttam Hindu): Hanuman ji was offered a chola on Tuesday in the Shiv temple which was opened after 46 years in Deepa Sarai of Sambhal, UP. The temple was cleaned at 4 am. Lord Shiva and Hanuman ji were decorated. A large number of devotees participated in the temple.

The temple priest Shashikant Shukla said that today is Tuesday. It is Hanuman ji's day. Here Lord Hanuman was offered a chola and adorned. Lord Shiva was also adorned yesterday. Prasad distribution is going on here and devotees are coming from far and wide. The temple has opened after so many days under the rule of PM Modi and CM Yogi. Our mind is happy but our heart cries that the God who provides light to everyone remained in darkness for so many years.

He further said that my Thakurji is the protector of the world, Brahmaji is the creator of the universe, Lord Shiva destroys everything and they were kept in the dark. The Hindu community has been subjected to a lot of atrocities. I am indebted to the administration for opening the temple here and giving us the opportunity to worship. I express my gratitude to the administration on behalf of the Hindu community.

Actually, this temple was opened by the administration on Saturday. The administration team had gone to catch electricity theft in the area and during this time this temple was found. The temple has now started appearing in its old form and worship has started here. A video of worship being done in the temple has also surfaced. Earlier on Sunday also devotees were seen worshiping in this temple.

When the doors of the temple were opened in the presence of administrative officials, it was seen that dust had accumulated inside. In such a situation, the policemen themselves cleaned the Shivling and the idols of other gods and goddesses with their hands. The video of the opening of the temple also went viral on social media. Old idols of Lord Shiva, Nandi, Hanuman and Kartikeya have been found inside the temple. Apart from this, a well has also been found here.
