New Delhi (The Uttam Hindu): In India, it's a common practice to get a neck massage after a haircut to help relieve fatigue. However, this seemingly relaxing ritual has recently sparked concern. A viral trend circulating on social media shows a barber cracking a customer's neck during a massage, resulting in the customer being paralyzed while still seated in the chair.

The video shows a man sitting in a salon chair as the barber begins by massaging his head and pressing his shoulders. Next, the barber jerks the customer's neck to the right side, causing the person to visibly wince in pain. After a brief moment, the barber twists the neck to the left, and the customer suddenly becomes paralyzed.

As the man starts sliding down from the chair, the barber quickly offers him water, while another person in the salon watches the unsettling scene. This alarming incident highlights the risks associated with neck massages and serves as a cautionary reminder for salon-goers to be cautious during such treatments.
