Raid at RJD MLA's Brother's House in Bihar: Money Counting Machine and Weapons Seized
Patna (The Uttam Hindu): Police raided the house of Pinku Yadav, accused of murderous attack on AIIMS security officer in Patna, the capital of Bihar, on Thursday. In this raid, three guns, huge amount of cash, note counting machine and many objectionable items were recovered. Pinku Yadav is said to be the brother of RJD MLA Ritlal Yadav.
A police officer said on Thursday that after taking a warrant from the court in Khagaul police station case number 284/24, the police team raided the hideouts of Pinku Yadav alias Tinku Yadav in Kothma. Illegal weapons, cash and financial documents along with a note counting machine were also recovered in this raid.
Danapur ASP Bhanu Pratap Singh told reporters that raids have been conducted at the hideouts of Pinku Yadav alias Tinku Yadav in Kothma. The raids are still going on. Some suspicious items have been recovered from his hideouts.
He said, during the raid, three guns whose license has not been shown yet are being confiscated. Eleven and a half lakh rupees in cash has also been recovered. A large number of financial transaction documents have also been found. Apart from this, land papers, stamp papers have also been found. A money counting machine has also been recovered from his house.
However, Pinku Yadav has not been arrested yet. It is noteworthy that the police have been looking for the MLA's brother Pinku Yadav for the last several days in a case of firing and threatening a security officer of AIIMS, but he is still evading the police.
